Founded in October 2005, Evozon Systems is a highly successful Romanian-Australian outsourcing services and consulting company located in Cluj-Napoca. Focused on Java/J2EE, .NET, Symbian and J2ME software services and solutions, we have a broad skill set which helps us meet most customer demands. We service many international organizations and have some large multinational clients.

An aggressive marketing strategy coupled with a customer centered approach helped us to grow rapidly, from 4 people in 2005 to 50 at the beginning of July 2008. At our current rate of development we expect this number to double by the end of 2008.

While most IT companies in Romania face yearly employee turnovers of over 15%, Evozon's was less than 5% both in 2006 and 2007. This fact alone is an excellent indicator of the great opportunity we are offering you.

Vacancies

We have 3 distinct positions to be filled:

1. Digital Integrated Circuit (DIC) Experts or Senior Developers

2. Radio Frequency (RF) Senior Developers

3. Digital Signal Processor (DSP) Software Architects or Senior Developers

1. Digital Integrated Circuit(DIC) Experts or Senior Developers

We are looking for experienced specialists who are able to take care of technical architecture or project management responsibilities. We are also looking for mid level developers for implementation or verification tasks.
As an ideal candidate, you have experience in some of these areas:
- Pre-study, requirements and functional specification
- Implementation
- Verification
- Synthesis and timing closure
- Knowledge of IC design process and flow
Knowledge of Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technologies and experience of Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) designs are advantages.

2. Radio Frequency (RF) Senior Developers
We are looking for true professionals to strengthen our Radio Frequency team in Romania. Are you looking for new challenges in the area of telecommunication solutions? We have the solution where you can develop yourself as a world-class top player.
We expect:
- True passion toward RF technologies
- Experience of RF design and verification in 2G, 3G and WIMAX technologies.
- Experience with RF design and simulation tools and testing equipments
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Customer oriented attitude
- Team working capabilities
- MSc / BSc of Electronic Engineering or equivalent and 3+ years of experience.

Experience with RF design and simulation tools and testing equipments is a plus

3. Digital Signal Processor (DSP) Software Architects or Senior Developers.
As a SW developer you will be in key expert role in embedded technologies. In particular, your responsibility will be to design and implement new features and SW architecture for diverse and challenging embedded SW projects. You will be working as part of a team of highly skilled experts and work in co-operation with other technology teams to fulfill common feature requirements.

As an ideal candidate, you will meet a part of the following requirements:

- Experience in SW development and design with C/C++
- Knowledge on DSP and DSP algorithms
- Relevant experience in embedded SW, real time OS
- Good understanding of software development process
- Knowledge of software design and implementation
- Knowledge of WCDMA, WiMax & LTE standards
- Good team player skills and initiative approach to work
- A M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in telecommunication, information technology or other relevant field
